Hello and Welcome to my
Web Site:
I make blades the same way or same tradition of an
EARLY AMERICAN BLADE SMITH, and I'm a fellow re-enactor and I spend as
much time as possible in the woods hiking and hunting. I put
101% into every blade I touch I take pride in my work! This is my
Business So rest assured You are getting quality.
I am a fulltime
Knifemaker. Most of my knives are versitle and can be used for
many things. A Drop Point knife or belt knife makes a very good
kitchen, and or Hunting Knife for example. IF you have a
question just email me.

BLADES
Everything you see is
handworked, nothing is aftermarket or unoriginal. I use early
techniques that an early 18thcentury to 19th century bladesmith would
use, I use only High carbon steel’s.
1095 primary..This steel holds a tremendous edge and can easily
be resharpened in the field with a few passes on a oil stone. As
for sharpening I use fine honing wet wheels along with handstones.
HANDLE MATERIALS
I use mainly natural
materials as an early bladesmith would ,
synthetics such as Micarta
only upon request. Mainly using Stag Antler, bone, many american
hardwoods such as Tiger maple, oak, Walnut, Cherry, ash, Hickory and so
on. If something special is wanted I can work with you no
problem.
SHEATHS
If my knife's in the
gallery are listed with a sheath it comes with one. If not then
no sheath is available but if one is wanted I can make it for a modest
additional charge. Everyone is handstitched, All of my
leather comes from the oldest tannery in the USA,,Each are oiled for a
lasting antiqued look. Some examples of Sheaths below...for
custom ordering.
MARKINGS
My stamp is nothing fancy simply.
