	SHEATHS If my knife's in the gallery are listed with a sheath it comes with one. If not then no sheath is available but if one is wanted I can make it for a modest additional charge. Everyone is handstitched, I use a Saddle Stitch Technique On each one. All of my leather comes from the oldest tannery in the USA. Each are oiled for a lasting antiqued look. What is a welt?

Basically it is a third Piece of leather stitched in between the outer portion of the sheath. Protect’s the blade from cutting the threads and or Coming through the side of the sheath.
